What is a UPS Access Point?

A UPS Access Point™ is a participating outlet, such as a grocery store or gas station, that serves as a convenient and efficient UPS package delivery and pickup location. You can also drop off prepaid, labeled UPS Returns ® packages at any UPS Access Point.

Benefits

If you chose to have your package delivered to a UPS Access Point when ordering the goods, you will receive an email or SMS notification alert when the package arrives and can be pick up. You must present a recognized photo ID to pick up your package.

Easy Package Returns and

Drop-off You can drop off packages bearing a UPS prepaid label at a designated UPS Access Point™. Depend on the time of day you drop off your package, it will be securely stored at the UPS Access Point™ and pick up the same or next business day by UPS.

Note  : Any package dropped off at a UPS Access Point™ must not exceed 20 kg in weight or 80 cm in length and must include a prepaid UPS shipping label.

  • Contact the original shipper to obtain a return label.
  • Create a shipping label online.
  • Visit the UPS Customer Service Center nearest you.
